Why Youth & Earth is Healf
Youth & Earth brings you the highest quality supplements made from organic, naturally sourced ingredients to ensure the best purity, potency, and effectiveness. This supplement uses spore probiotics, natural microorganisms found in soil. Unlike regular probiotics, spore probiotics can protect themselves from stomach acid, heat, and light, making them stable without needing preservatives. While traditional probiotics only stay in the gut, spore probiotics improve microbial diversity and support good bacteria. They are especially helpful for conditions like Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) because they don’t colonise the small intestine, focusing on where they are needed most. This makes this spore probiotic supplement an excellent choice for enhanced gut health.
Youth & Earth was born from a relentless pursuit of longevity. Frustrated by the limits of traditional wellness, founder Ed van Harmelen turned to groundbreaking science and discovered the transformative benefits of NMN and NAD+ for boosting energy and supporting healthy ageing. Today, Youth & Earth offers a thoughtfully curated range of premium, science-backed supplements to optimise your health and guide you on your ageing journey. The brand empowers you to unlock your full potential, providing the support you need to achieve peak performance, maintain youthful looks, and embrace lasting vitality.

I usually take another probiotic, but I wanted to try this spore version and my poop habits have been great on the Hope. I don’t know whether it’s the food or this, so I can say this is a complement.
