Suggested use
Shake well. Take 1.25 mL (1/4 tsp) daily. We recommend adding it to flavoured beverages or food to mask the strong mineral flavour. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children.

I was using plain Selenium previously but recently made a switch to the ionic selenium. I think its too early to say how its working. But I am going to continue with this.
