Every capsule delivers guaranteed levels of beta-glucans and triterpenes, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Beta-glucans, the key active component in reishi, are known to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Triterpenes, including ganoderic acids, are naturally present in this time-honoured mushroom.
These capsules are free from gluten, GMOs, and animal products, making them a thoughtful choice for many lifestyles. Each batch is independently tested at accredited labs for purity and quality, and produced in an NSF certified facility in the USA. Enjoy a simple, reliable way to add reishi to your daily routine.
Why Real Mushrooms is Healf
Real Mushrooms is a family-led company with over 40 years of fungal expertise, stemming from a legacy started by Jeff Chilton, one of the first organic mushroom cultivators in North America. The brand is known for its strict use of 100% fruiting body extracts—no mycelium on grain, no fillers. Each product is tested for beta-glucan content, the bioactive compound responsible for much of mushrooms’ therapeutic potential. The result is clinically effective, rigorously tested supplements that deliver real, measurable benefits for immunity, cognition, and longevity.

Brilliant
The only downside and I know you have to pay for quality is the price. Fab product though.
