Quicksilver Scientific Methyl B-Complex provides a full spectrum of B vitamins in a convenient liposomal liquid. Each serving contains active forms, including methylfolate and methylcobalamin, alongside trimethylglycine (TMG) and milk thistle seed extract as part of the formulation.

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folate, and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Several of these B vitamins also contribute to normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use
Take 2 pumps by mouth. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.
