Difficulty with order
Very confusing back and forth with customer service. After pre-ordering I was told it would not be available for another month past the expected date so I requested a refund (it was for a gift so couldn’t wait that long) but then had multiple back and forth emails with customer service AI which thought the item had been shipped. I ended up purchasing it elsewhere and arranging a refund with a real person, but unfortunately they wouldn’t cover the shipping cost. Essentially out of pocket £4 for an item I didn’t receive and spent 2 days emailing back and forth over.
