    I recently took my magnesium red blood cell count and it was low. My practitioner is based in the States so her recommendations on quality supplements are not always available in the UK so I decided to investigate what true quality brands are available here and this came out on top. I like the fact that I do not need to take more than 2 caps per serving to get the high dosages required and this also makes it a better value option. The brand also has a very high practitioner reputation in the UK so would have no issues recommending. I've yet to retest my RBC, but I have no doubt that it will have improved
